The Douglas home is in a very good setting for solar. The design is simple and yet is attractive and the top decks have an ocean view. At about 1462 square feet this home layout has been worked out to create an open feeling. This home is standard with vaulted ceilings in the upstairs area. As it was set on a small lot, building space was limited.
